2. User Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and engaged in agricultural business activities to use this platform.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including WhatsApp-linked verification codes.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and updated information, including crop details and business status.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using the platform for fraudulent transactions or spreading misinformation regarding crop prices.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts the Bhashini or Meta Cloud API integrations.
Attempting to scrape data from the AgroForge platform for unauthorized commercial use.
Uploading harmful code or engaging in cyber-attacks against our infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software code related to AgroForge and FORGE are the exclusive property of Penta Sai Pranaya and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended agricultural purpose.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime, especially given the experimental nature of our current beta phase.
Market Data: While we pull data from official sources like data.gov.in, we are not responsible for financial losses incurred due to fluctuations in market prices.
Limitation: In no event shall FORGE or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AgroForge at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other stakeholders in the agricultural ecosystem.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
